On one hand, many local residents think this kind of bags is cheap and convenient. On the other hand, to attract their regular customers, many businessmen are still using plastic bags.
As to the low cost and convenience of plastic bags. I suggest that more possible alternatives, such as paper or cloth bags, should be made.
