01 标签化的自我介绍
大家可以想象一下，当面试老师一天要完成与几十个候选人的初次见面与评价时，因为每个人都在“使用”相似的自我介绍模板，我们好像很难摆脱“My name is XXX and I’m from YYY”的平庸开头，而乏味的开端就注定了我们需要在面试的后半段做出更多努力来抓住面试老师的注意力，所以教大家一个小Tip：我们在介绍姓甚名谁之前给自己贴一个标签，并且尝试制造冲突感吸引听者注意。比如“具有艺术家思维的产品经理”，再如“擅长与数据打交道的文科生”。

02 分时段多维度的自我规划
不管是应届考生，还是有着多年工作经验的“老江湖”，在面试时，老师都会关注你今后的职业规划，一方面考查考生自身想法是否清晰，一方面衡量考生与此项目人才培养方向的匹配度。所以，建议同学们在回答这个问题的时候不要一两句话泛泛而谈，我们可以从未来需要就职的平台，某个阶段具体想要达成的职位，主攻的业务，以及管理的体量等等角度来阐述这个问题。

05 真诚是不二法器
对学商科的同学来说，曾经校招的时候排排坐的小组面试相信大家都还记忆犹新，我们在这样的场合下，非常直观地感受到了压力，而在我们的个人面试中，压力面试也普遍存在，面试老师可能会用一种“质疑”的语气提出一些不太容易回答的问题。比如：Has anyone ever told you that you have some disadvantages?
这是一道典型的压力面试题，大家都知道面试场合下不能说出不利于自己形象的表述，所以我们中的很多同学选择说一些自己有强迫症，完美主义等等不痛不痒的说辞，面试老师也明白我们的套路，这个问题我们的表现就有了一些隔靴搔痒之意，所以在这里给大家一个新的思路：我们可以告诉老师过去曾经存在过的问题，并突出目前已经有所改变的现状，这样，我们既没有逃避问题，也给了老师我们在持续进步的积极印象。
